Just had the 2^nd feed (7am)… one every 20mins.  We have to give captain Andy 30secs notice so he can slow the boat then Daniel blows the whistle and Kaise looks up startled.  He is so much in the zone that he doesn’t seem to suspect his tummy is rumbling.

He’s been swimming for a bit over an hour and a half … the beginning of maybe12 -15 hrs.

His strokes are almost one per second so the slap of his arms on the water are like a metronome against the hum / drone of Andy King’s motor directing Kaise through the shortest route.

The seagulls are still with us and we have a great view of the white cliffs of Dover and the huge cruise ships in the Harbour.
